75 HARD

75 HARD is a program developed by Andy Frisella, CEO of 1st Phorm Supplements and founder of the REAL AF Podcast.

75 HARD is a program designed to develop mental toughness and discipline. The program is free and requires that you do 5 simple tasks for 75 Days. Fail the tasks and you must immediately start over.

The 5 Tasks:

  1. Take a daily progress photo.

  2. Read 10 pages of a personal development book.

  3. Choose a diet. No alcohol, no deviation from the diet.

  4. (2) 45 minute workouts of your choosing. One MUST be outside.

  5. Drink 1 gallon of water.

IT CHANGED MY LIFE.

This program came at a time where I felt overwhelmed, lost, and depressed coming off the heels of a divorce. My friend Craig, who is in the group, challenged me to do this program with him.

Completing 75 HARD fundamentally changed my life. It pulled me out of the dark place mentally. I was able to regain control of my mindset and able to find my purpose. Staying focused on self improvement enabled me to navigate the stress and chaos of 2020.

I ran x3 50K races.

I did lots of yoga and improved my flexibility enabling me to run long distances.

I read 30+ books.

I attended a personal development seminar, completed a certification and started my career as a life/mindset coach to help others.
